By purchasing a photo session, you agree to the following terms set out below.

SESSION REQUESTS:

Let’s keep the focus on you—Please no cameras or recording devices unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
Being punctual helps us make the most of your session time. Arriving a bit early ensures you're relaxed and fully prepared to shine.
For the best results, please come with clean faces, clothes, shoes, and well-combed hair.
To avoid distractions, it's best to steer clear of heavily dyed foods before your session like blue tongues or orange faces or hands because you love carrots so much. This way, we can focus entirely on capturing your natural beauty without any color distractions.

MINI SESSION: Guaranteed up to 20 minutes of dedicated shoot time. Remember, only the Photographer wields the camera to keep things running smoothly.

PAYMENT: To lock in your session, a retainer is required at the time of booking your FULL session or full payment of your MINI session, is due at booking, simple and straightforward.

CANCELLATION: No refunds for cancellations, but you can save the credit for another day. If weather plays spoilsport, we'll find a new date that works for both of us.

RE-SHOOTS/REFUNDS: We're here to capture your best moments. Re-shoots are considered case-by-case, and we're unable to redo for choices like attire, makeup or if someone doesn't want to play ball.

FORCE MAJEURE: Photographer shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to uncontrollable events. If unforeseen circumstances like illness or technical hitches prevent us from delivering, we'll do our utmost to reschedule. If not, your session will be refunded.

LIABILITY: If we are unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to camera and processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the Photographer, liability shall be limited to the total payment paid for the photo session.

COMMUNICATION: Effective communication is key; any changes require written agreement from both parties, reach us via email at joracreative@gmail.com.

ARTISTIC RIGHTS: Expect a style consistent with our portfolio, with room for your input, we’re here to curate the best images for you, we keep creative control to ensure quality. Trust our artistic judgement for the best results. Disagreements won’t affect the quality of our work together.

DELIVERABLES: All photos are our pride and joy. Expect to see your gallery within 2-4 weeks after your session. If you have chosen to do a mini session (5 images included) and wish to purchase the whole gallery an extra fee will be incurred.

ARCHIVE: After three months, images will be safely archived unless we decide to showcase them for promotional purposes (like mini session annoucements etc.).

COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTIONS: We retain full copyright of all images to showcase our best work while maintaining quality and creative control. For more revealing images, we ensure that no facial recognition is possible.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Your prints and digital files are strictly for personal use ONLY, respect our copyright and don't use the images for contests or commercial reproductions without our nod of approval.

MODEL RELEASE: By purchasing a photo session, you agree to let us use your session images for future photography promotions, making you part of our creative journey.
